Brook Hollow Winery is in the Warren Hills AVA, and produces wine from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cayuga White, Chambourcin, Chancellor, Chardonnay, Concord, Frontenac, Geneva Red, Merlot, Riesling, Vidal blanc, and Zinfandel grapes.
